We know they do not have a direct flight from Toronto, but we rather have a stop, then flying with Air Canada Direct. We booked a return flight with Air Canada in December 2023 to San Diego, but are seriously thinking of changing those flight to Delta Airlines, they know how to treat their passengers.

Inflight Wi-Fi is available across all four classes. On our way back we reserved Premium Economy, it is not worth to upgrade to Business as we are not getting the service we should get. There was no assistance with anything at all. When we fly with other Airlines Business Class we were able to lower the middle divider, if we wanted to talk. Not able in these pods to talk to each other. My husband's Flight Attendant was friendly, mine was miserable. Air Canada No help with placing the carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. The Service if you compare Air Canada with other Airlines we have flown there is no comparison.
